Ok guys, I'm running a set of 18" wheels on my 70 barracuda gran coupe. They are ridler 695's in anthracite with machined lip. They are zero offset wheels fronts are 18x8 rears are 18x9.5".
My question is about the front wheel spacing. I see several people using zero offset wheels and it appears that the front wheels fit nicely in the wheel well.
The main dimension I am concerned with is the face of the wheel/tire sidewall to the inner side of the fender opening. For some reason my wheels seem to be sucked up in the wheel well leaving a large gap between wheel and fender.
I'm thinking it could be one of a few things.
1) I don't have my correct tires on the wheels yet with more sidewall bulge
2) lowering of the car will articulate the sispension, bringing the wheel outward
3) I need wheel spacers
4) I'm just seeing things and all is normal
