Some road course and car show pictures
« on: February 01, 2015 - 02:20:47 PM »
Back in December I went to another road course track day at Inde Motorsports Ranch in Wilcox AZ. There were a ton of awesome cars there including a Viper TA, Camaro Z28, Lambo, and a ton of Porsches and Corvettes.  I went there with my buddy who finally sold his Corvette and came back to the Mopar fold with a 2010 Jeep SRT-8.  Someone took pictures from turn 1 at the track that I liked a lot so I thought I would post them. I'll post the videos in the future in a separate thread.

Here's a zoomed in view of the same picture

And of course I have to post at least a picture of the Viper TA. What an awesome machine!

Also a couple months ago the Mopar club did a caravan to the biggest car show of the year in Tucson. Here's a picture of a few of us pulling in to the show.

At the show I was parked next to a 2012 Challenger SRT-8. I knew the new Challenger was a big car since it shares the 4 door Charger chassis but this picture really highlighted the difference for me.

2015 vs 2014 Challenger tail lights. I love the look of the 2015's!

In this pic I was trying to compare the differences of the 2015 Sublime to mine. It's pretty darn close.

However the Sublime is hard to photograph. At times it looks kind of flat and others times in direct sun it really pops like this:

It was the first ever car show for the Cuda and it won first place in the "Modified and Custom" category which was cool.

Anyway that's it for now. Sorry the pics are so large this is the first time posting from my phone.

Sweet!  Congrats!  Your car looks great!  Can you share the mods to your suspension, or if there was a thread on the site?

Looks great. Must have been fun to tear things up on the track!

Just wondering what size of tires you're running?

Car has 275/35/18 in the front and 335/30/18 in the rear.  It's pretty heavily modified to fit the tires!

Man, they look great! Do you have a built thread or some pictures to show what you had to modify in order to fit those rear tires?
