Great Lakes classic Mopar BBQ
« on: January 11, 2015 - 09:40:18 PM »
Mark June 27 on your calender for the first annual(?) Great Lakes Classic Mopar BBQ. If you own a classic mopar you are invited. This is not just an e-body event so tell your Mopar friends. We are located near Mitchell ON. For our US friends we are 1 hr 45 min from Sarnia/Port Huron and 2hr 15 min from Niagara Falls after you clear the border. Less time if you put your foot into it  :burnout: I don't have all the details worked out yet but reserve the date and I will provide more information later.
We have room for trailer parking.
Rain date will be June 28.
Bring your family, lawn chairs, drinks, snacks.
It is critical that you respond to me if you are planning to attend so we have an idea on numbers as that will help us plan for the supper. There will be a cost for the meal or we can do pot luck. I would like your thoughts on this as we have never done this before.
We look forward to seeing as many cool cars as possible and we aren't opposed to having our road resurfaced with rubber  :grinyes:

Yes it's at our place. We live in the country. Don't need a commitment now, just mark your calander. I'll be posting more details in a couple months, just wanted to get people thinking about it before their wives (I'm thinking Ian here ) get other things booked.

:iagree: Hahaha! You got me buddy! I'll consult with SWMBO ("she who must be obeyed", for all you Rumpole of the Bailey fans) and hopefully we can make it. I'll see if the boys can get their homemade GLC running and there as well. Ian
