Hood Trim for Challenger hood ( TA vs Standard )
« on: January 11, 2015 - 08:08:53 AM »
I am replacing my "stock" hood with a TA hood ( from AAR )
The front trim piece for the hood from my "stock" hood is not usable.
I researched it a bit, and it sounds like there are 2 different pieces of trim depending on if it a stock vs TA hood ?
Is it just the shape of the trim ? or how it mounts, ?

Any recommendations on a source to get this piece of trim for the TA hood ?
( I was going to ask Dave @ Roseville )
thx,
Doug

When I was installing my T/A hood a few years back I too noticed those T/A hood moldings on E-Bay?  :dunno:
I reused the stock one. Worked fine for me?

Aren't the studs slightly longer for the T/A hood trim to account for the thicker fibreglass?
