Yep, told me 4 weeks as well.  They've been good to deal with so far, better than hurst - thus I gave them the order.

It was not a direct bolt in as described. To get the proper driveline angle, the transmission mount and the floor had to be altered just as other people have done. :banghead:

I saw this kit advertised in Hot rod magazine for $1450.

I saw that too. But when you go and price it out at the website, I think the 1450 is just the trans with no installation kit. Once you order both you are over $3000.

The $1,428 (for E Body) is without the transmission.  From their website:

Did the trans sit right down on top of the trans cross member or did you have to shim it up to get the right angles?  If so how much.
