try clearing your app cache (it's like temp files on a PC - it may be storing bad/corrupted data). I assume you are using Safari as the Browser - go into the iPhone Settings (the grey icon that looks like gears) -> scroll down and hit 'Safari' -> scroll to the bottom and hit 'Clear History and Website Data'. test it out. if you are using a different browser, same instructions but find the appropriate Browser you are using.
