I've researching the new "Viking" brand of dbl-adj shocks. They are apparently made by the same ppl that started QA1 (including the past President of QA1), in fact, same are (Mnnpls, Minnesota area). The Vikings are less expensive than the QA1 dbl-adj because Viking ONLY makes dbl-adj shocks.... less inventory, etc. as opposed to making and carrying other materials/parts for singl-adj or non-adj. I think PST and Magnum Force are distributors for Viking, probably others will be distributors, too.
You may remember the Carrera brand of shocks... they were awesome hi-quality shocks (I almost bought them instead of the Red D Konis, but Koni was a contingency sponsor back then for the SCCA Solo program, so... you have to consider who's sponsoring and what winning contingencies you can go for, etc).... years later, Carrera sold out to QA1. Now... there is Viking to consider.
You might want to consider contingencies (race program sponsorships, etc) in your decision.
