Not interested in buying it just wanted some basic specs that's all.

Good luck on your search as mine took quite awhile.

Hmmmmmm. The car is owned by a CC member. The car is not currently listed for sale so I feel it is best to allow him to make the car known when he chooses to. Sorry HP.....it's not my place to talk about it.

Oh ok. Just not trying to burn any bridges here. The car is a 1970 Cuda 4-speed, no power steering or brakes, factory orange. No fender tag. Needs total restoration. That's all I really know about it as I haven't actually seen it yet(only seen pics). Thanks for the well wishes HP. How long did it take you to find yours? Is it a 4-speed or auto car?

Well mine was a search of about 3 years almost.

I wanted to build a car the way I wanted so I found a cheap barracuda 318 which needed a ton of help as you can see from my build thread.

Later I found a real Cuda which I bought and have been fixing up. So far I really only need to finish up the interior and it's a real hoot to drive now in contrast to how I received it. When I got it the car wouldn't even idle.

I looked through the entire thread of your build. Ohhhhhh man....You did a TON of work on that car and did an amazing job on it! Congrats on keeping at it and having such an awesome car. I haven't done a build before but I am looking forward to it....although I have doubts that I am as skilled as you.  :wow:

It didn't really take me very long to buy a project. I bought this car about a week ago and brought it into Canada today. It's a base 383 4-spd Cuda that was originally EK2 orange, white vinyl roof and white interior. Thanks to fellow C.C. member Grant for offering me this car and selling it to me. Grant is a first class guy and did everything he could to help me to get the car home. It is going to take me some time to get started on the resto but at least I have a great starting point. Pics:

Thanks guys. I feel like I got a great deal on this car but because of commitments, time and finances it's going to take a little time to really get at it. I bought the best car I could afford but that doesn't leave much money to get into the resto.......yet! Sorry Alan....I can't afford to ship it across the country much less afford to have you do the restoration. That's okay though, it gives me time to think about what drive train combo I want to go with etc.  :burnout:
