AutoMeter guage
« on: May 30, 2015 - 05:39:19 PM »
Hi guys. My '70 440 has an Autometer water temp gauge. When cold though, it doesn't go all the way to the far left, but registers about 110°.  Do I need a new sensor on the water pump housing?

I Sit a mechanical or electric gauge ?
mechanical is not replacable, it is attached to the gauge with a tube .
With electric you can replace the sender .
the gauge could be the issue with the needle just not dropping all the way down / sticking
