    I hope, for them, that they were able to get close to their asking price. As for the buyer, I hope he's happy with whatever he paid... :worshippy

    Just undoing all these mods (if someone wants to have a factory look at least) would cost over 5k. As Alan said, I hope he's happy with whatever he paid.
