Well space for the exhaust is at a premium, but it is there (in between the shocks to just either side of the pumpkin), no different than a triangulated 4 link. For either one your looking at custom tailpipes. Is it complicated, yes. Is that a bad thing, not in my opinion. Cantilevered suspension systems have been around for a long time, and they tend to offer lots of adjustability, with fewer sacrifices when it come to certain suspension parameters such as anti-squat, instant center, or roll center that are caused by limited space (i.e. short upper or lower links, or not enough adjustability for link angles) in the chassis. I know that this setup isn't for everyone, but other than building a torque arm style myself, to me, it's best bolt in option to date. It makes me excited to see out of the box thinking from the aftermarket applied to Mopars, for a change.
