I agree w 4C, if your on the HI way allot ... 3.23 is the way to go. (unless maybe you got a 6 speed trans??)

What kind of chunk you have? (741, 742, 489)?
One of my problems is there are no 3.23 gears for 742 pigs. Most likely you have a 489 chunk.
