70 Challenger side mark light

Hello

I was wondering how do you fix the side-marker light on the passenger front fender?? cause my burned out and I reached under but its like covered with some stuff.. can anyone help me out

To remove the side marker light:
1. Working under the car, disconnect the wiring for the lamp from the main wiring harness. Remove the two capnuts attaching the lens to the bracket.

2. Carefully remove the lense assembly away from the fender on the outside and also remove the mounting bracket from the inside.

3. To replace the bulb remove the two screws from the back of the housing that attaches the lens assembly to the housing.

The bulb number is 1895
