I applaud Year One for offering these 17" rims... with 275-40-17 tires they should fit any/all E-bodies.. and their back-spacing is correct to retain the centering of the wheel/tire in the wheel-well same as the 15x7 factory wheel combos. I wish, however, that they'd also offer the same rims in 10" width, and... in 18" diameter.. since there's more tire brand choices, and the ever-so-imortant TW ratings (of 200 TW) available in the 18" sizes... a 275-35-18 tire, in 200 TW rating, is what I'm interested... mounted on 18x10 rims front and rear.
I may someday get a set of the 17x9 rims... front and rear, with 275-40-17 tires... in 200 TW rating (but I believe there's only 1 or 2 tire brand choices. I like keeping the Mopar appearance, but, I also like the vintage mini-lite 8-spoke rims (I have 2-sets... 15x8 with 255-60f, 275-60r T/As for street/hwy driving, and 16x8 with 255-50-16 BFG G-Force Comp-II for HPDE/HSAX competition... until they wear out... then maybe get a set of Hossier A6 or R6 255-50-16s onto these 16x8 rims).... I also have a set of 16x10 lt-wt racing rims with Hoosier A6 275-45-16 f/r tires used for pylon autocrossing, but these tires are old and corded... eventually to be replaced.
