What to do with the Member List?

Well, as JS27N0B said, I don't think most people care. Very few votes, and no conclusive result. I'm going to interpret no votes as a call for as little change as possible, so I did the minimum change to fix the problem.

                 Well I finally figured out how to add my name. It's a little confusing when it says copy/paste into a new " message "     So Toxic was here today, showed me how to copy the whole list, then paste in a new reply. So I think I'm in now. Maybe if the process was a little more easy more members would reply/post. Just a thought. I'm Ok, but not real puter savvy.

I would love to have a database, but apparently that won't work with the board software. I'll see if I can write up some clearer instructions about how to add your name to the list.

I think you should put a firm definition on what "active" is.  I don't post as much as I would like... But do consider myself a contributor of some sort... I spend a lot of time on this site looking for parts, selling parts and asking questions.

But there has been times (hunting season?) where I only linger for 6 months or so, lol!

I'm really uneasy with the idea of dividing people between active and inactive in any event. At least in terms of the list, it's pretty easy to use, and I don't think culling people out, even if they don't visit or post much, is going to make it significantly easier.
