Firecore plug wire question.
« on: May 10, 2015 - 12:18:49 PM »
I see many owners with these wires.  My question is Which wires to get for Stock look and fit on Stock brackets and separators? I don't think 8.5's will fit.  Will the 8mm's fit, or just plain get the 7mm's.  This is for 440-6.  I see on their website they ask for coil wire length.  But their choices on the site look limited.  I like the 8mm factory fit set, but again, will they fit the brackets and separators?
I see Mancini sells them too and they have 7mm listed, but not on the Firecore site.
Thanks!

When I tried the 8mm Firecores they wouldn't stay in the stock brackets.
Went back to a 7mm set of wires from RockAuto for $20.

Usually if the outer silicone wrap is soft you can squeeze an 8 mm wire into the 7mm holders , you can also ream the holders a little to help
