I think I found the issue...popped both shocks off the bottom tonight and they both have all kinds of travel, both up and down.
So climbed under the car a little further and looked up, the rear end was literally resting on the electric fuel pump that I installed on the rear shock crossmember. Hey there was lots of clearance last year. I am sure that is the problem.
So I pulled the electric pump off tonight (I have a manual pump as well). Just need to hook the fuel line back up, check for leaks and we should be good to go.
The shocks are still 20 years old, and will likely need the be replaced, but they are not a huge priority, but we will see after the next spin.
