LCA pivot pins fitment
« on: May 23, 2015 - 12:53:40 PM »
Almost done with my K-frame, I welded the reinforcement washers around the LCA pin holes on both the outside and the inside, then I grinded the down the welds around the hole but it seems that the surface around the hole is at a slight angle with the flange on pin, how important is it that the flange on the pin is in contact all around? Should I grind it down more exact? Does the pins go all the way in when tightened? Its my old pins on the picture, I got new greasable pins to install.
