I would have tested it with a couple of hondas first time, lol. FANTASTIC! Good job!
{oo/-------\oo} In '69 I was twenty-one and I called the road my own. I don't know when that road turned into the road I'm on. Jackson Browne

That's great!  Contrats!  Thanks for sharing.

Do you know if there is a way to put cross members to lift car, remove wheels, then lift up?

Thanks Fred.

There is a heavy duty (jacking) tray that came with the lift and I plan to use a hydraulic bottle jack to lift certain areas when needed. That lift that Racer mentioned is great but man it's expensive. But it is nice...

Well this weekend I finished what I started. I cut the 2x4 going across and loosened the wiring so I could raise the lift enough to walk under it without having to duck or bend over to go under it. Big difference. Cleaned up the shop a little too.
 :2thumbs:

Oh, I also bought a 2,500lb winch I plan to attach to the front of the lift for cars that can't drive on the lift.

Just curious what is the measured height, to the roof of the Cuda?

I'm contemplating a 4 post lift too.  Thanks for sharing.

Sorry for the delay.
At a height of 80" measured at the top of the lift runner (where the tires rest on the lift), the roof of the cuda measures roughly at 11' 6" from the floor.
I give a  :2thumbs: on this lift or at least a 4 post lift with caster options to move around.
Hope that helps.

I kept trying to figure out how you got the Green Cuda sideways and then I saw the casters.

For a minute there I thought you had cut a hole in the side of your building!   :roflsmiley:

Bryan, that would have been plan B if casters weren't part of the deal.  :smilielol:
