I'm trying to adjust my aftermarket shifter and noticed that the gear lever and shaft glitches a lot in the parking position.
I can move it freely about 1/2" at the wire
Is that normal ?
In the other positions its not any glitch

Mopar is not equally spaced like other makes so park is further away ,aftermarket shifters do not allow for this extra distance so park is usually a problem

it should lock in at the end of the travel but may not be swinging that far , or you could have a problem inside with the lever & valve body

It locks up ok but then I can move it that much more with no resitens
So the parking position are a big loose position.
Guess I have to have this Checked then :-(
