These cars all have bump steer issues. Unequal length tie rods don't create just additional bump steer issues, but can impact a difference right to left in radius.



To some extent true, however compared to GM & Fords offering Chrysler was miles ahead & with minor tweaks it can be eliminated..   However one tie rod an inch longer is going to cause that side to react completely different from the other side...

And I'm back........... It appears I have the wrong center link in the mix. It looks to be too short and is throwing off the whole works. Does anybody have the  dimensions of the correct center link for a 1973 plymouth cuda or maybe know where I can look them up. Thank you

Ok, hopefully this is the end of this adventure. The center link that is on my car has a center to center measurement of 18 5/8ths inches from the idle arm hole to the pitman arm hole. That # is supposed to measure 20 7/8ths C C. I found one and should have it in a few days. Thank you to all for your thoughts and ideas.

Just went & measured mine 20 7/8 is correct... Good catch... :thumbsup:
