From eyeballing it appears the offset hanger would rub on the valance brace.

actually come to think of it I did have to mill down slightly 2 bumper brackets

not a biggie though...

I didn't have to modify the valance. To get the rear sway bar in, I bent the rear sway bar in 1 inch per side where the links attached. It works perfect. I got the idea for bending these from an old post on this site. It worked for me.
