Rallye Dash Instrument Cluster Wiring Question

I removed my Rallye dash cluster from my '71 Cuda for restoration and somehow lost the documentation (photos) that I took of the correct wiring.  I just got the dash back from the restoration shop and I have three questions:

My voltage regulator only has two posts (no radio suppressor).  I have an AM radio.  I have only ever seen photos of cars with a voltage regulator with three posts and a radio suppressor.  I assume the radio suppressor is an option and I don't have that option?  Also, which post should the dash feed connect to (one post has the adjusting screw next to it)?

Second question:  I have an extra red wire with a black tracer that appears to attach to a stud with a nut (identical type connector to the red wire for the ammeter).  I cannot find any documentation to show what this wire is for and where it attaches.  The length of the wire and location in the harness would suggest it attaches to the ammeter post with the solid red wire but would appreciate any input.

Lastly:  the wiring diagrams I have indicate the wire connected to the clock should be black but I only have a gray wire in that area of the wiring harness with the correct style connector.  Is this the correct wire for the clock?

The wiring harness looks to be original to the car.

Question 1. There's some solid state voltage regulators that don't need that "suppressor". I bought one from rt-eng and it had 3 posts and it pulsed 5 volts like the originals. I bought another one (different cluster) from, I believe Van's Auto, it only had 2 posts and was a constant (not pulsed) 5 volts out. It even came with documentation saying the "suppressor" is not needed.

Question 3. I looked in my 1970 Barracuda service manual and it showed the clock wire for a Standard dash as black and for a Rallye dash as grey. I assume Challengers would be the same. Careful not to confuse it with the tach wire which is grey with a tracer.

Question 2. Still investigating.

Question 2, have you got an unusual options like power windows or a power convertible top? Some options tag power directly off the ammeter...

I do have a power convertible top ('71 Cuda convertible).  Should this connect to the post with the red wire on the ammeter?
