Thanks for all the help everyone. I will hold off on making any changes, as I'm waiting for my TTi headers to arrive. I will make some changes at that time.
Would changing back to the stock pitman/idler arm be the best fix, as I have the quick ratio?

It's not your fast ratio pitman/idler... It is your QA1 lower control arms not having the travel limit stops...  Learn how far you can turn without rubbing & don't go any further....  Or fabricate stops that can be bolted to the LCA..

Problem with that method is his wheel offset is fairly normal so by moving the wheel out it could rub on the outer fender which is worse than the frame rail...

Mine has the same problem.  It's a 72 cuda with 15x7 rally wheels.  I thought maybe my man. steering box was beat?  I'm going to look at it closer when I get further with the body work.

   It's in the design ( or lack there of ) of the QA1 lower arms .

I will get my headers in first, then work on this problem. Right now I have a great turning radius, so maybe a I just need to get used to not turning the wheel all the way.
I did try some spacers, but it still rubbed. I would have to get longer studs to space it out more.

Part #52308 (lower control arm) is only recommended for 1962-70 B-Body applications with no sway bar or E-Body sway bar and QA1 K-Member #52315.
Part #52308 (lower control arm) is designed to work with the E-Body sway bar and the 1971-72 B-Body sway bar.

Looks like the QA1's E-body lower control arms only works with QA1's K-Member. What is the difference between the stock K-Member and QA1's K-Member? Anyone?

No I'd say they work with a stock k-frame the difference is with or without sway bar tabs. And A-Body have different sway bar mounting tab location through out the years.

Your rubbing issue comes from the lack of  stop tabs.
