Passion for my Passon Fiver
« on: August 02, 2015 - 11:59:22 AM »
Took the car out for some 5 speed fun. Back roads where I live have black tire marks everywhere.  Anyway I never noticed the gear whine from the Passon 5 speed until I heard my sons Go Pro video here. I don't know how to post the link from my iPad so here it is to type in:

The search link is simply: 73 Dodge Challenger Stroker

Hope you all enjoy. Cam is solid Lunati 586 lift  x 255 @ 0.050

Dr razz - the install took about 1-1/2 hours from start to finish. Let's put it this way - if the car was standing on its nose then I could have dropped the gearbox in! It was just like installing a stock 4 speed

I also like the fact I can run 3.73 gears and still be pushing about 3800 for 100 mph. Sounds like it was purring along.
