Dang-it Scott, I got a crick in my neck from having to read that crusty tag sideways!

What is that all that gunk on the tag and fender?

Anyway, here is what you are looking at:

E63* - 383-4v hp
D32 - 727 auto on the column (since you don't have a C16 Center Console code)
EB5 - True Blue metallic
H4B5 - Split Bench Seat / blue interior
724 - Friday July 24th Scheduled Production Date (July 24th 1970 was the last day of production for the 70 models)
A01 - Light Package
J45* - Hood Pins
J54* - Cuda "double-bubble" sport hood
L25 - Trunk Light (part of A01 Package)
L31 - Fender to mounted turn signals (part of A01 Package)
L34* - Road Lamps
M21* - Drip Rail Mouldings
M25* - Wide Sill Mouldings
M31* - Belt Mouldings
M88* - Quarter Panel / Deck Lid Mouldings
N41* - Dual Exhaust
N42* - Chrome Exhaust Tips
R11 - AM Radio
V6X - Black "Hockey Stick" Stripes
Y05 - Build to US Specs

* = Standard items with the BS Cuda

Not a lot of extra options above the standard Cuda items, but kind of cool that it has a SPD for the last day of '70 production. Could it be the last '70 Cuda to roll off of the line for '70? Who Knows? :dunno:

I like the blue bench interior.  Cool car in any case.

Did it retain it's build sheet?
