Now it goes on...
I took apart the new distribution block on the lover end.
The valve doesn’t look really nice. The corners from the valve are just a little bit cant. :poopoke:
The valve it’s heavy and made from brass.

Who did you get the new distribution block from?  I'm thinking about ordering parts from "In-Line Tube."  Are there any other suppliers?  Has "In-line Tube" provided acceptable parts?

Looks like I might be going down the same road as you with the rebuild.

Hope the road test was successful.   :burnout:

Finally

After 4 years of trubble and no brake power if you press quickly, I decided to put in a new Wilwood proportional valve.
The brakes before work verry well , if you steped on it slow, but no reaction if you quickly brake.

I changed 2 times the proportional valve in "original" style, probably both were made at the same factory, the same reproduction-****....
One I bought at Yearone, one at Inline-Tube.

Both had the same failure.... if you step quick on the brakes, the brakes didn't release for a while.
If you steped quick on the brake pedal, nearly no brake effect.
If you steped slow on the prake pedal, you almost flown out the window.

I wanted to let you know what's happening now.

Fix and bend new brake lines around the Wilwood proportioning valve and........

it works perfect......

Thank you for your feedbacks and support
The streets don't get wider, if you drive slower !
