I agree 74. It's neat to see anything old and it's all the same interest, owning something from the past that is uncommon.

Also agreed.
I can respect any car that owner has passion for.
But still needs to be something that has stood the test of time. Not something that is only a couple years old.
Doesn't mean I want one though. Lol
I have a friend that is a Corvair guru. They have been "his car" since the 60s.
Has 5 variations  (vert, turbo, truck, etc...) all concourse restorations. Spent WAY more money than they are worth.  Even though they are concourse he still drives them every where. Relatively low cost to re-repair and go again.

There was a time when the Good Guys would limit cars to 1949 and older just to keep all the tri 5's out then they probably realised they  could make more money and moved the cuttoff year to 1972. They also have shows for all years.
