Question-
« on: September 05, 2015 - 12:49:51 AM »
What size is the oil plug behind the filter plate. And not the one that holds the filter plate on.
I know it is not N.P.T. thread pitch. Close as it comes is a 3/8.
My motor is ready to go on the Dino and I need this plug ever so bad

Motor is a 1969 340 out of a Dart.
Its just a little 340 with a miss

1999 Trans Am, LS1, heads, cam, headers, stall, etc! Love to surprise the rice rockets with this one. They seem so confident, then it's "what the heck just happened?"

Not my motor but think this is the plug I am looking for. It's the hole with the fine threads.
