Original Speaker Re-Coning ?
« on: October 06, 2015 - 10:03:44 PM »
Anybody have their original speakers re-coned ? I'm referring to the 4 X 10 dash speakers mainly, but I would like to find some original 6 X 9 rear speaker cores to have done as well.

If so, WHERE ?

*-I had speakers re-coned back in my "band" days. The guy that did it would be about 125 by now. This is the first time I've even seen mention of it in years.  :dunno:

None of those guys list car speakers. I contacted two places now that said they wouldn't be able to get the odd shaped parts to do car speakers. :dunno:

I had some done years ago, but can't remember where. I think I sent them to somebody and they sent them out type thing :pullinghair:
