When I built it it had a Carter mechanical pump, a HP street pump that they don't make anymore... When Ed told me he'd replaced it with an electric pump I asked what he'd done with the old pump... Cause it probably had nothing wrong with it & even if it did it's rebuildable... The shop trash canned it....

Yah the car was refreshed up for $12k in 2011... I looked at the shops receipt and they did alot.

Do you have some old title scanned or any documentation at all left? I asked Ed as well but he didnt had anything else than the current title (which now is sent to Swedish goverment vehicle import division). SO the only thing I have is broadcast sheet and Ed's receipt for the refresh.
I was hoping it had a bunch of papers and stuff from late 70s...

Do you have contact information to this guy? If so, can you send it to me in PM?

He moved, no way to contact him... FWIW he lived 70 miles away, he was definitely a flipper sort, wanted everything but knew nothing...

Regarding the R/T SE:
Removed the electronical fuelpump yesterday and installed a new push rod (was removed) and a new mechanical fuel pump.
I cant belive someone likes electrical fuelpumps..
I also removed the noisy 489-case with 3.55 gears to a new 489-case and 3.23 gears.

Also swapped to new tires
