Australia...shows/drags near Fremantle WA , between ca 18'th to 27'th of March??

According to schedule, work will take me to Fremantle March 20-21.
This gives me a chance to take some time off, and explore some of Australia's "wild life", either before or after my two workdays.
Suggestions for car shows/drag race /"must see" - activities ? ...or things to explore in general
Anyone ?
