Ever had an invention idea and then later it happened?

About 3 years ago, I came up with the idea of a Cat/Dog laser that runs by itself moving around all over for them to chase.

I'll be damned if I'm gonna spend $180 bucks on my Cat!

I made the mistake of showing my mentally unstable dog the laser a few times..... Absolutely drove the poor dog insane... It was like crack cocaine for this dog... From that day till the day it died it lived for lights.... Reflected light, laser light, middle of the night a car would drive down the street & he would chase reflections of the cars headlights around the living room..... Hell he would watch the sky looking for birds & when he saw a bird he would chase the shadow....

And in the past i didn't believe there was any such thing as an unstable dog, until i saw one day a male dog mating with a male dog

Yup I came up with an idea that rocked years ago , saw he first one about 5 years back

Yep snow boards years before I ever saw one I was 13 at the time. Just checked when the first one was made, my idea was better. I made mine out of that white hardboard paneling and put a rope on the front to pull the nose up, that thing screamed! Wish I had known then they were going to be that popular and older. I built my first skate board in 1960 and had never seen one of those either before then, 2x4 and a roller skate I tore apart. It has always been about speed.
