Once you put $75k into, above the selling price, it will be worth how much?

if you are patient, someone will buy it thinking a quick resto/flip, throw about $5K at it, realize it is too big of a project and resell it for less than what it is on here for because they "want it gone"; next guy/person will get a deal...
