Well it will definatly keep both tire more evenly planted , we have all seen pictures of Mopars standing on the right rear tire, so as a guess 4/10 improvement

Couple of points IMOP
I don't envision how a sway bar would limit traction. I do however see it possibly helping to plant both tires more evenly. Also see it as a stability help at higher speeds.
As for them not coming with them from factory. I would expect when a Hemi was added straight line was the only consideration. Why add the weight and expense.
Also on the earlier mention of drilling out the mounting holes.
Drilling out the holes would allow addition of spacer sleeves the bolts would go thru. These would allow additional tightening without crushing the frame rail.
I myself would weld the sleeves in place.
