Why not take this question an opposite direction..
If someone has the headers you want to have already installed AND has a stock arm on it. Could that "someone" then measure how much clearance there is as it passes past header.
I would assume there is dimensional information available out there for the 2 arms. What are the # differences? Arm purchases and comparisons would be a smaller hit.

Removing the warning labels one at a time.
Nature will take care of the rest.

That's a great idea.
Anyone out there have a 440 with 2" TTI headers ? Can you measure the clearance there is between the arms ?
After that just add what the Fast ratio arms extend past .

Even though TTI won't tell you FF will:

Headers that DO fit:

Schumacher:A bodies W/Tri-Y and 440 (High Deck)
Flo Tech:B & E bodies W/big block
Hedman:B & E bodies W/big block P# 78030 & 78038 HD
Hooker:B & E bodies W/small block 1 5/8" comp. 1 3/4" comp #5208
Mopar Performance:B & E bodies W/big block 1 3/4"
TTI:B & E bodies W/small block 1 3/4" (needs small dimple on one tube)

TTI's 1 7/8" & 2" headers will not fit with FF arms!!!!

If you do not believe me call them up:

I have a 440 with 2" tti headers.  I will get it on the lift this week and take some measurements.  I have a fast ratio pitman arm to measure with too.  I think the hard part will be the correct angles.  But it is possible to measure.

Now the hard part.  How can the parts be made?  Machined solid steel?  Where can the threaded ends and bushing be sourced?  I could probably make something from tubular steel, but I don't know how to get it to mate up to the drag link, or get the bushing end for the idler arm.  Opinions please?

HP_Cuda,

I really am not trying to argue, but I HAVE done exactly that and was told the Fast Ratio arms WILL FIT. I'm not sure why we are getting differing answers here.

I of anyone would (LOVE IT) if I could get TTI 2" headers to work with my FF ratio arms.

Not arguing just passing my many calls to TTI on as info.
