For the cheapest route, you can gather up the parts listed in the Mopar Action Disc-O-Tech article.  That would be equivalent to a Dr Diff Stage 1 or 2 depending on which rotor size.  Dr Diff also has Stage 3 and 4 kits if you want larger rotors - more $$.

Dr Diff worked like a charm on my most recent conversion.

The other place to look is Scarebird  , they use common parts with adapters , not that Dr Diff is bad in any way ,just another option

I installed this kit from 11" all wheel disc brake kit from Wilwood off ebay actually.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/WILWOOD-DISC-BRAKE-KIT-73-83-CDP-A-B-E-F-J-BODY-11-DRILLED-ROTORS-RED-W-CABLE-/221076159063?hash=item33792a7a57:m:m92-nSp39-_q5kwgDlSbJTQ&vxp=mtr

(pictures shows red calipers :working: and uncoated rotors, ACTUAL: Red calipers & black rotors (Lets be honest way better))

Somethings to note about it, make sure when you upgrade from stock drum brakes in the rear to disc, order a set of sealed "green" bearings.  Disc brakes in the rear don't work with the stock taper roller bearings.  The kit is pretty self explanatory.  "Standard" shop tools means wrenches, bench vice, torque wrenches, sockets, LOTS of rust penetrator.  I ended up having to buy new hardline for the rear axle as I twisted off the stock nuts & line.  My car is still in the rebuild process so I haven't been able to use them yet. I am trying to track down whether my stock master cylinder (front disc, rear drums) & proportioning valve will work with them.  Please by all means, if someone has the answer I'd love to know.  Good luck man!
