How to insulate or soundproof roof??

I used this stuff and it gets not here. I had it out on quite a few above 100 degree days and no problems yet. I wiped the roof with lacquer thinner before applying it. The brand was Proform purchased at a local bodyshop supply place.

Doug and Darcy, just wanted to agree with all of what Darcy posted as it was almost identical to what I did. I did have my whole interior sprayed with lizard skin first. I have been driving it for 6 months now and insulation and sound suppression has been outstanding. And the price of the insulation was about 1/4 of the dynomat
