73 rally center caps and beauty ring

I have a set of stock 73 rally center caps for my cuda.   I bought some argent silver paint from  eastwood and I was going to restore the inside of the caps.  Am I wasting my time if I try this?  As for the polished aluminum center or stainless center, can that be polished out?  The finish is dull, no major scratches.  There is also a chrome ring, can that be polished out?  I would rather not spend another $200 on this car for new center caps. Its going to be a very excellent driver.  Any advice?  Thanks

I guess I have a similiar question about the 15 inch beauty rings.  Can they be polished out?  They are lightly scratched.

Hi nsmall. Welcome to C.C. I don't know much about polishing these up but there are many great and helpful people on here that will likely weigh in.
Consider introducing yourself in the "newb intros" section and posting some pics of your car. I would also start a thread in the "wheels and tires" section and try to post pics of what your caps and rings look like now. Many knowledgeable guys on here.
