:wavingflag: Not to hijack the thread but how hard is it to convert over to power windows. just tracks brackets and motor, or is there a difference in the door panels? if it not too bad of a mod I want a set.

Cuda door panels have the switches in the same location, Challenger the switches are lower & don't cover the hole for the crank.... But I've seen guys move the switches to cover the hole... The real issue is availability & cost of parts.....  Back around 2004 I sold a set of E body regulators & motors only, no switches, no harness.... On Ebay, I put a reserve of $700 cause I knew they were rare..... They were bid to over $900 the first day.... At the end of auction I wound up getting over $3000.00.....  Crazy....  On B bodies I've adapted later model B,C & F,M,J body parts but E body stuff is unique....  There are aftermarket kits available I believe XV was one of the suppliers but if I'm remembering right they only do front windows.....

I have this...It actually shows two different wiring set ups, with with PW and a Sunroof, and one only a sunroof....

Alan,

Do you have anything from the power sunroof switch to motor?  Have a picture of the motor and connector on the sunroof motor?

Those schemactics/diagrams show how the power gets to the switch, need to see the rest of the circuit.

Thanks

Rob

The first car came to me in parts, so I'm not sure. BUT the second car is here now with an operational sunroof, so I'll know more in the weeks to come as I dismantle it.
I've taught you everything you know.....but I haven't taught you everything I know !

Cool,  Let me know when you get it apart and maybe some pictures and we can get something together.

The second one I took apart was not wired the factory way, so I can't really tell you how it's "supposed" to go....We'll have to just go by the diagram I guess.....I still want two kits...
