Engine Bay Black Paint

Engine bay is black.  I would prefer to be body color but it is what it is.

There are some scratches in it that shows the previous color of bay.  I want to spray with a touch up black to those areas.

Can I just use a Rustoleum type black spray can?  Doesn't need to be anything fancy just want it to cover and be effective.

If the black paint is satin I would use Sems trim black.The paint goes on great for being out of the can.

I don't know if it matters but rustoleum is photochemichicly reactive. If you have the hood open in the sun it will dull over time.

I used sem trim black out of a gun. Also used the aersols on other parts and good stuff. Fwiw, I sprayed sem trim over a part that had previously been painted with rustoleum and it immediately bubbled up. Didn't react nicely, sem is superior, you'll know it as soon as you smell it...
