my mix is probably posted here if you search it , it was dead on match of the hidden areas of my car

Is that the formula you posted on my resto thread when I was looking for info on what the PPG FC7 looked like?

Edit: If so, here is the page I believe; fifth post from the top..

Hey guys,

I'm getting ready to paint the Challenger and I've decided on Plum Crazy Purple.  I was just at Barrett Jackson in Palm Beach and Dodge had a Plum Crazy Challenger on display.

I was just wondering if there were any major differences between the 70's Plum Crazy and the current Plum Crazy?

Dave

It took some searching but back around 2009/2010 the shop working on my Challenger was going to shoot my car with Plum Crazy Pearl until I told them I wanted to see a comparison. They happened to have a gallon of PCP and shot a scrap door with what I was told was PCP on the left side and much closer to original on the right side.

Hope this will help some

I think I've decided to go with the 2016 Plum Crazy.  How can I find the exact paint code?  I'm sure my painter will know but this is just a double check to be on the safe side.  Better to be safe than sorry.  Thanks

Dave

PHG (Plum Crazy Purple) is it.  Finished all the welding and bodywork and it's headed to the paint shop Monday am.  I'm so excited.

If you like purple, check out House of Kolor PBC-40 violet. Thats what im going with. Its darker than FC7. And much richer.
