My car is a 1970 challenger with a 1971 dash and dash harness. After installing my steering column I noticed two plugs that do not have a mate on the dash harness. The column does have the light for the key if that makes a difference. I also have a plug (not shown) near the left side of the radio, looks like the radio plug according to the motor manual but with different wire colors, the radio has no plug only the single orange wire and the speaker wire. and also when turning the key to the start position the only thing happening is the key buzzer makes noise. What should I look for?

True the 3 wire plug is used in C bodies with turn lights , I usually cut the wires off right at the switch before installing it
the second one could have something to do with the key in ign buzzer as those are often red
