Hey guys,

Which Sealant (See below) would be best for the 4 outside header bolts in the water jacket of my 340?

I'm using APP Chromoly Header Stud kit (below) not bolts since the engine is out of the car and it's going back from underneath the car attached to the K-member.  Since they aren't aluminum do I still need to use anti-seize to prevent galling?  Thanks

I recently used the one on the far right without any problems. I use it all the time on threads whether its for water, oil, propane, etc.

I would use the Permatex on the left.  It is good up to 400F.  The Permatex on the right probably contains more PTFE and is good up to 300F.  They are close but not the same.
