Sway Bar - TTI Exhaust

I was looking at the TTI site trying to decide which exhaust system to get. There is a footnote that says the exhaust system will not work with an OEM swaybar. Has anyone had an issue with that? What's the answer?

It's because the OEM sway bar mounts above the rear end to the frame rails. The Hotchkis and others mount below the rear end. So exhaust clearance is not an issue.

We put the complete TTI system on a '70 Challenger with the OEM rear sway bars. Fit fine. We were aware of the warning, but then heard that it wasn't a problem, and it wasn't.

Thanks to all. I agree with the comments that say the footnote is probably a cover-all for TTI in case there would be a clearance issue.

Any thoughts on whether this would be true on a 73 Barracuda? The sway bar is the same, but perhaps the pipes hang differently on the shorter body?
