alternator parts

Hey Guys! N E 1 here dealt with a business called National Quick Start Sales? Ordered a 80 amp upgrade kit. Its been one month, two promises of shipment but still has'nt, Now...they refuse to answer my calls, their message says they"re not there when I know they are. Had my friend in Michigan call, answered, she told them the order # and put her off, told her they would call her back, and they never did. Now....they ignore her calls!! I have a request with the Grand Rapids BBB to find out why they will not answer the phone call....a simple courtesy!! Any others have experience with this business?

Hopefully you paid with a credit card. You need to call your CC and cancel the order. If later they are found to be more responsive a new order can be placed. You only have so much time to dispute a charge for non delivery. Time is of the essence and would suggest a call asap!  :2cents:

Good luck.

Time to cancel that payment and move on, yikes! Sounds like they won't be in business long.
