72 parts on 70?

hello

my 70 Challenger is an 383\496 stroker With 727 gear, 4,10 rearend. i know about a 1972 Challenger with 18 spline 833 gearbox. i planning to convert my car with parts from this car, is everything bolt-on??

Depends on what bellhousing the 72 has, big block or small block ?

Is the gearbox for a big block?  Bell housing will may be different.  Your '70 will have some one year only things like spindles, center console, gauges, grill, tail panel, lights, etc.

It will fit with the correct bell housing, but from what has been said, posted and shared on a 18 spline 833 transmission, were not available in the 72-74 E-Body lineup.  :2cents:

only 4spd convert, the 72 got a big Block stroker engine. should i buy a 4speed hump or is it easy to modify the tunnel to make it fit?

If both cars have big blocks then there's no problem. Yes you should buy the floor hump. :2cents:
