Swap meet
« on: March 11, 2016 - 09:09:22 AM »
Best places to find E body stuff at the swap meet? I went down to it last year before I got my '73 and didn't even know where to begin. Heading to it Thursday possibly Friday.

There is usually a older blond guy by gate 1 that has E-body stuff. Other than that, the rest is a crap shoot.   :dunno:

Some people will have parts labeled, which is nice, but then you have people that dump a pile of rust onto the ground to let you figure it out.    :clueless:

Yeah that part is the worst! "I think it might be for what I have, if I close one eye and tilt my head."  :pullinghair:

Never ask "Does this fit a _____?".  The answer is always "Yes".  Instead ask "What does this fit?.  If you don't believe me, I can show you a whole pile of stuff that was supposed to fit.  Live and learn.  :)

I hope you're not talking about me (I know I'm not the only Alan)

We have three spots in "F" row, 104-107 but we bring very little parts to sell because of the hassle at the border.....

I agree...bring your list and walk the thing in order.
I've taught you everything you know.....but I haven't taught you everything I know !
