Woodgrain Steering Wheel Restoration
« on: July 18, 2016 - 07:57:26 PM »
I'm looking to restore the woodgrain steering wheel (non-rimblow) on my 70 Cuda.  I'm looking to do it myself. Anyone on here done this themselves? If so, could you provide some insight on how you did it (steps, materials used, etc)?

I'm not looking to send it out to be restored because for that kinda money I might as well go ahead and buy a repop rimblow.

-Thanks

If the plastic is NOT cracked, you can "freshen" it up with a coat of transparent brown.....I've bought it in the past at the hardware store :2thumbs:
I've taught you everything you know.....but I haven't taught you everything I know !
