And I had some trouble getting the sill panels on, and installed so that they weren't catching the door panels when I opened and closed the doors. Because of the extra thickness. Extra trimming and a friend helping me push down the sills while I installed the screws were what it took to deal with that issue.The pain and extra time were well worth it though!
ACC all the way, the soldering iron is a great way to get those pesky holes. I started the hole from the outside then finished on the inside to enlarge the hole. Looks pro now.
